Roger Gentry bought an original 1938 calendar put out by Doyle Grain Company, then on O Street in Bakersfield. Since most of the BHS Class of 1956 was born in 1938 he wanted to share this calendar with you. Assuming you know the month of your birth in 1938 you can find the day of your birth as well as your birthstone, flower and horoscope.
(The Doyle Grain Company was the first feed mixer in Kern County specializing in wholesale and retail poultry and dairy feeds. Doyle products were known throughout Kern County under their trade name of "Made-Rite Feeds".)
